Component Removal and Replacement

R200 - X-axis Bearings

Table of Contents

1. Power OFF and unplug the PLS.

2. Open the top door and bring the X-

Axis Arm (1) forward.

3. Bring the Focus Carriage to the middle of the X-Axis Arm.

4. Remove the 2 screws located to the

right of the Focus Carriage on the belt

clamp. Be careful not to lose the

washers.

5. If you have Air Assist, unscrew the two screws that hold the Hook Manifold in

place and set the screws aside. Do not pull the Air Assist hoses out of the Air

Assist Track.
