Laminate – Composite epoxy resin, biaxial and triaxial woven E glass, end grain balsa core with carbon fiber

deck reinforcement and Kevlar hull forward impact laminate. Triple vacuum bag molded and post thermal

cured.

External Lead Keel – Elliptical cast lead torpedo, 11,000 pounds with 316 stainless keel bolts.

Exterior Finish - Awlgrip® Flag Blue with Awlgrip® clear topcoat.

Hull Interior - Interior accessible spaces painted with 2 coats of thixotropic polyester coating for ease of

cleaning.

Bottom - Painted annually with a coat of Pettit® Hydrocoat (water based ablative paint).

Sole Bearing Timbers – Mahogany, polyester resin encapsulated.

Boot Top - Double stripe painted Awlgrip® Matterhorn White

Cove Stripe – Awlgrip® Pale Gold

Toe Rail - Custom joined teak with 316 stainless steel open top access chocks at bow, stern and midships (6

total).

Natural Ventilation – Three (3) 4” stainless steel adjustable, rotating, locking cowl vents mounted on teak

Dorade boxes with storm caps and non-corrosive interior insect screens. Three (3) 316 stainless steel Dorade

vent guards.

Ports - Four (4) Bomar® 5” x 15” fixed ports glazed with tinted polycarbonate. Six (6) Almag® 35 metal

opening ports with screens inset in cabin house sides.

Deck Hatches -Two (2) Lewmar® Ocean Series Hatches: Size 60 (22” x 22”) in forward cabin, Size 40 (19” x

19”) in main salon. Main companionway sliding hatch and drop boards are smoked acrylic.

Main Sheet Traveler - Harken® with circulating ball bearing car. 6:1 tag line system for mid-boom sheeting.

Genoa and Jib Sheet Tracks – One set per side 316 1-1/2” wide stainless steel with stampede sheet lead

numbers, bolted through reinforced laminate with stainless steel backing plates. Two genoa cars and one wide

sheave lead block per side. Removed and re-bedded 2011.

Mooring Cleats – Six (6) 316 stainless steel Herreshoff style cleats, fore aft and midships.

Mast Collar – Cast aluminum.

Lifelines – Uncoated stainless steel wire with 316 stainless stanchions and fittings. Double lifeline system with

port and starboard boarding gates. (2013)

Pulpits – Double rail design fabricated from 1” diameter heavy wall 316” stainless steel. Bow pulpit

incorporates a teak seat. Four leg stern rail.

Deck Joiner Work and Trim – Bright varnished with 10 Coats of Epifanes® High Gloss Varnish

Deck, House Top, Cockpit Sole and Cockpit Seating – Molded-in non-skid in contrasting light grey

color.

Anchor Windlass – Maxwell® VRC2200 electric with chain to rope transfer and deck and cockpit controls.

Dodger – Custom Alden design with removable sides and roll up center windows. Leather covered aft hand

grip rail and side safety rails. Port and starboard reinforcing tubes for added stability.(2007)

Bimini – Custom designed, fold back unit with integral hand grips, zip in connector to dodger and storage

cover. (2012)

Cockpit Lockers – Sail locker equipped with outboard shelf and hanging line organizers. Central locking

system for sail locker and two lazarettes.

Strong Points – Eleven (11) 316 forged stainless steel Wichart® strongpoints for attachment of jacklines,

safety harnesses and dinghy. Two permanently installed cockpit jacklines.
